For extroverts, or those who rely on networking to succeed in their jobs, the pandemic has been a challenge to maneuver, requiring creativity to make new connections. Businesses live and die by revenue and growth goals. And those can only be achieved when their employees have their own set of goals to meet. In addition to company growth, goals have been shown to boost productivity and motivation, fostering positive employee wellbeing. According to an article by Gallup, “Employees who strongly agree that their managers helped them set performance goals are 69% more engaged compared to employees who did not have managers help them."

In a PWC survey, 78% of 669 CEO’s agreed that remote collaboration is here long-term. Therefore, if you plan or anticipate a job change in the foreseeable future, you will need to adapt to a new way of onboarding.
