With retention continuing to be a major focus for many organizations, we wanted to get creative with how we can engage, motivate, and inspire employees.  When Managers are caught up in the day-to-day, it can be easy to forget about all that an employee has achieved.  However, when we take a moment to pause and reflect, we can highlight the unique attributes that the employee brings to the team and organization's overall success.  Everyone plays a crucial role, so let's remind our employees that their contribution matters.
