In August, we saw a theme of transparent communication across our content.  Communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully helps to strengthen relationships, increase engagement, and increase employee satisfaction and trust in their organization.  It is important that we avoid sugar coating and instead share accurate observations.  Organizations, Managers, and Team Members can practice transparent communication through regular, objective touchpoints.  By staying transparent, we can create efficient positive change.

Turnover impacts quality care and customer service, but also results in high costs for healthcare organizations.  It is important that we understand how to retain our team.

Customer Success Team Member Juliana Withers hosted August's Truvelop User Community Lunch and Learn about The Importance of Transparent Communication.  Collaborating with Truvelop customer DP Solutions' President, Karyn Schell, the women explored the benefits of adopting a transparent culture, what that can look like in action, and how DP Solutions leverages Truvelop to drive transparent conversations surrounding talent development. Coming into September, we're shifting the focus to Holistic Support.  It is important that we consider all aspects of our Team Members, not just what we see of them in the day-to-day workplace.  Instead, finding out what makes our Team Members tick, understanding their purpose and the meaning behind their work, will help Managers to best support their team.
