Last year was a big year for Trigger Transformation and we accomplished what we set out to do. Now, we are transforming to Truvelop.
Our transition to Truvelop is to reflect the evolution of our product. Truvelop is a multi-directional HR tech tool that is still fast, easy and mobile. The addition of the matrix allows our clients to have customized options on how transparent they want to be with their employees to positively affect culture. Most importantly, we now have an employee-facing extension of the tool that helps complete the loop of manager and employee engagement and communication. Employees can now request reviews and feedback instantaneously from their managers and review that feedback on their personalized dashboard in real time. These new features will increase communication, productivity and overall employee morale.
