In the last year talent management has been turned on its head. Remote workforce management, flexible scheduling and hybrid models are here to stay. As we have seen from previous economic downturns, HR will inevitably fall victim to the recessionary environment if it hasn’t already – emphasizing the need for efficient, effective and less expensive HR technology tools.

Truvelop Customer Success Team Announces New User Community

By Samantha Clavelli, Customer Success Manager on Oct 14, 2020 10:07:56 AM

Over the past few months, Truvelop’s Customer Success team has been engaging in active (virtual) conversations with our Customers’ management teams surrounding their experiences with Truvelop. Their input is critical to ensuring our product is adding value and constantly evolving to meet the needs of management teams especially as they face unprecedented challenges associated with today’s complex work environment.

As a Customer Success Manager, I personally have learned a lot from our customers on what’s working, what’s not, and what it is about Truvelop that keeps users coming back regularly to evaluate their team members, provide feedback in real-time, and take advantage of the micro-learning resources available in our Knowledge Center. This input helps me write bi-weekly customized messaging that fits their leadership style and culture to ensure maximum adoption.

We value the feedback we receive from the management teams across our customer base especially as it relates to their success stories, effective management strategies, and desires for future enhancements that will further embed Truvelop into their daily flow of work.

So, we decided to expand these conservations by creating a Truvelop User Community to give managers an opportunity to share with one another their experiences with the platform, ask questions, discuss best practices, and dive deeper into Truvelop’s functionality.

This Thursday, October 15 from 12:00-1:00pm we’ll hold our first Truvelop User Community Lunch and Learn. This is one of the many exciting projects in the pipeline for the Customer Success team. We’re fortunate to have a diverse network of customers reaching across various industries such as healthcare, construction and building trades, and corporate accounting and finance.

This new User Community will provide an opportunity for a more in-depth, dynamic discussion around continuous performance management and development strategies and the benefits of real time feedback while maximizing Truvelop. We’re looking forward to seeing where these conversations take us and learning directly from our customers how we can continue to enhance the Truvelop experience.

The Truth About Performance Management

By Lisa First-Willis, CEO & Co-Founder on Sep 18, 2020 8:29:25 AM

How is your employee experience? According to  Mercer’s Global Talent Trends Report for 2020, companies that offer their employees an enriching experience are more likely to have energized, engaged workers.

As organizations develop their HR strategies this year, a focal point will be improving both in-office and remote employee experiences. In fact, 58% of organizations are redesigning their companies to become more people-focused. Continuous feedback platforms are a critical piece of the puzzle. Bottom line, it’s time to rethink your performance management and development strategy.

When we founded Trigger Transformation Inc, aka  Truvelop, back in 2017, we did so with the intention of disrupting the annual review methodology to be more consistent and data driven, using real-time evaluation and continuous feedback from managers as data points. As we continue to grow and further develop our product, now is a great time to share the valuable insights we have gained and start providing a recap of all things Truvelop. We encourage you to subscribe to Truvelop’s TruTalk, where you can join our community, celebrate our success and check out the latest trends in performance management and development.

DATA & STATS

Like most companies in HR tech, we experienced a delay in the sales pipeline during the early months of the pandemic as CEO’s and HR leaders were dealing with the immediate response to COVID-19. The good news is we did not lose a single customer due to COVID-19 and saw increased utilization of the App as many companies shifted to remote workforce management. Here are some of our latest utilization stats:
These statistics tell a very important story. Remember, one of the many benefits of using Truvelop is  improving employee engagement  and productivity through continuous performance evaluation and feedback. The current climate has made employee engagement a top concern for companies across the country with team members feeling isolated, anxious, and uncertain about the future. Truvelop Managers are completing  multiple assessments  throughout the year – monthly and even weekly – and delivering real-time feedback in the moment – when it counts. Increasing employee touchpoints and communication is paramount to the ongoing success of any employee engagement strategy. Bottom line, we built the right product at the right time as Truvelop is adding value now more than ever.
